Customer support is our primary backbone and something we are extremely well known for and proud of. We completely understand that having a good support system to turn to is the most critical resource to have in the decorative concrete overlay business. Other than experience, education is the key to success.
Most people think that our technical support is for when they need answers and solutions to resolve application problems. We look at it much different and therefore want our customers to take full advantage of the technical support we offer. Although the application of decorative concrete overlays and concrete stains such as acid stain and antiquing stain are relatively simple to the experienced installer, we provide support at any level.
Our intent in offering technical support is to not only solve problems, but to prevent problems from arising in the first place.
